Alternatively, you can also get onboard bus 75 from Piazza Testaccio which goes directly to the Colosseum in about 20 minutes.

Take bus 30 from Via Marmorata to Largo di Torre Argentina (about 20 minutes). From there, it's a 5-minute walk to the Pantheon.
